Chatham-Kent Health Stats is a community resource for population health information provided by CK Public Health. This resource highlights statistics and information on a range of topics relevant to public health in order to improve awareness and understanding of the health status of Chatham-Kent residents. Providing population health information to the public, community partners and other health care providers is a mandated requirement for public health in Ontario.
Chatham-Kent, as referred to in this resource, is the geographic region served by the Chatham-Kent Board of Health, including residents of communities within the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and residents of the First Nation community, Delaware Nation at Moraviantown.

Topics are explored using standard population health indicators as defined by the Association of Public Health Epidemiologists of Ontario (APHEO) or Statistics Canada where available. Additional topics and indicators will be added to this resource as new content is developed. Data are presented in interpreted text and charts, and comparisons are presented between Chatham-Kent and Ontario, across age groups, between sexes, and over time where possible.
