Overall Trend
- In 2013/2014, 50.7% (43.0%, 58.5%) of Chatham-Kent residents age 12 and older reported being moderately active or active during leisure time which was not significantly different than 54.7% (53.8%, 55.7%) of Ontarians.
- Over time, the percentages for Chatham-Kent have been relatively stable and generally lower than the province overall.

- The self-reported prevalence of being active or moderately active during leisure time was significantly higher among those between the ages of 12 to 19 compared to older age groups.

By Sex
- Ontario males had a significantly higher self-reported prevalence of being moderately active or active during leisure time than Ontario females. A similar trend was observed for Chatham-Kent, however the difference between sexes was not significant.
